What happens if clothes are damaged or delayed?

If you receive a damaged product, we provide a full refund. If your clothes are delayed, you can track your order with the courier (see below). If you think your order has been lost in transit, reach out to us. Note that reporting damaged products must be done within 7 days from the delivery date, and reporting packages that are lost in transit must be done within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. How do I track my order?

Once an order is made, we will send you the order information. The courier will contact you once they have shipped your order.

What is the cancellation policy?

We do not accept cancellations under any circumstances. In the unlikely event we are unable to process your order and need to cancel it, we will issue you a full refund.

What is the return policy?

We accept returns of damaged or defective products. If you receive a defective or a misprinted product, we replace it at no additional charges. Send us some photos of the product along with the order information and we will handle it from there. Note that you must reach out to us within 7 days from the date of delivery to return a damaged product. Check out our Shipping and Orders Policy for more information.

What is the estimated time of delivery?

The estimated time of delivery depends on many factors, such as where you are in the world, how much you ordered, etc.. Due to the COVID-19 situation, orders should arrive within 10-20 days.

Can I chose which project my money goes to?

Unfortunately, no. Though this would be a cool feature to support, it is not possible for us at this point in time. We are transparent about the use of our profits on our About Us page and on our social media (See our Contact Us page). If there is a specific initiative you are interested in, you can donate to them directly!

Where can I get an update about the use of Think Wildlife Foundation’s profits?

On our About Us page, we list a number of projects that our profits support. Beyond that, check out our social media (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn) to see our current projects and what we are using our profits for. You can check out our Conservation Careers page to find where you can get involved. Alternatively, you can check out our blog. We talk about plenty of initiatives that you can reach out to to help save wildlife.
